Aleem Khan

Financial Advisor to the Chairman of the Group, Board member of Invictus Holding Co DIFC, CEO and Board Member Soren Investment Co DIFC

Aleem is a highly experienced Corporate and Investment Banker with over 30 years of international experience across Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe and the Americas. He joined DAL Group in 2017 to lead corporate finance & advisory services on key strategic areas including M&A, debt raising, acquisition finance, debt structuring, ECAs and central treasury.

More recently, along with his role as Financial Advisor, Aleem took on additional positions as Board Member of Invictus Holding Co DIFC and CEO and Board Member at Soren Investment Co DIFC.

Before joining DAL Group, Aleem was Managing Director and Head of Global Corporate Finance, for National Bank of Abu Dhabi where he led many significant originated and structured deals during his time there.  He was also holding MD position in Abu Dhabi National Leasing. Prior to this, he held several senior leadership roles during a 23+ year career at Standard Chartered Bank, based out of a number of international markets such as London, Singapore and Cameroon.

Aleem is an Accountant and has certifications from several executive programmes such as INSEAD Business School in France, London Business School, Templeton College in Oxford, London School of Economic and Manchester Business School. He is a British citizen with Pakistani origins, and currently lives in Dubai.
